Hi! I’m Lauren.
Trading sunny weather for four seasons, I relocated to Detroit, Michigan in June of 2019. During my Florida stay between 2016 and 2019, my career blossomed at Chewy.com where I focused on different aspects of B2C marketing including branding, digital advertising, SEO and UX and e-commerce copywriting.
I brought my experience over to Detroit B2B in the telecom industry and automation industry, where I was involved with marketing campaigns, SEO and content strategy, copywriting initiatives and PPC Ads.
Now I am currently working in the Energy industry at Consumers Energy. Here I apply my experience with UX and content writing to the website where I am on a mission to help energy customers navigate our website and understand its content. Some of the projects I have endeavored include bringing the readability level down from a college level to a fifth grade level, cut unused content throughout the site and customer messaging such as breaking news alerts and UX instruction copy.
